Anti-aging peptides target cellular senescence, telomere maintenance, and immune reconstitution. Epithalon (AEDG), a Khavinson tetrapeptide, is reported to activate telomerase. Thymosin Alpha-1 is a 28-residue immunomodulator used clinically for hepatitis B and as an immune adjuvant.
The field is early-stage with limited Western clinical data for most candidates. Khavinson bioregulator peptides originate from Russian research programs with decades of preclinical work but few RCTs by Western standards.
Groups peptides by what they do, not what they bind. There's no PDB or UniProt — the target is a function, not a molecule. For receptor-level structure, open a molecular target like GHSR.
